Wild Mustard (Sinapis arvensis) is the weed that won over the world. This annual has been found from Texas to the North Pole. From China to California, Wild Mustard has been used for food and medicinal purposes for thousands of years. Here in San Diego, California, Wild Mustard is a critical source of food for bees and the seeds are eaten by a wide range of wildlife.
