Here is my wife's recipe for her Rosemary Chicken.
ROSEMARY CHICKEN
Prep time 5 minutes
Cooking time 20-25 minutes
Ingredients
3-5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken
2 cups rosemary sprigs washed
4 cloves garlic
1 cup cooking sage (or a tbsp of Mrs. Dash)
1/2 cup flat leaf parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp black pepper
After rinsing the chicken, place it in a medium sized frying pan and drizzle with olive oil. Put the rosemary and other spices on top of the chicken. Cook on low heat, turning every 3-5 minutes. The chicken should be done in about 20 minutes.
