Doug shares a story about planting Bee Balm from his mother's garden and the beautiful results. These pollinator plants are great for attracting butterflies, bees and hummingbirds to your backyard garden. Bee Balm (Monarda didyma) has also been used for herbal medicine bringing relief from the following ailments: gas, nausea, upset stomach, indigestions, fungal infection, yeast infection, rashes, sore throats, headaches and sore muscles.
