Every spring the Fiesta Island dog park explodes with millions of wildflowers. It is the largest wildflower bloom in the city of San Diego. Because the dog park is 90 acres of undeveloped land that was set aside for the dogs, we are all rewarded with this spectacular show in April & May.
I believe the daisy is called Beach Coreopsis (Coreopsis maritima), but I'm not sure.
