The Inez Grant Parker Rose Garden opened to the pubic in 1975 and it has grown into one the finest public rose gardens in the world. Here is a quick tour in March of 2021, about 1 month before the peak bloom. If you are in the San Diego area and you love roses, make sure to stop by. The garden is free and open to the public at all hours of the day. It is located at 2125 Park Blvd on the edge of Balboa Park.
